How can I use On-Demand Service Dispatch?

Just call (800) 766-0554. One phone call to our toll-free number gets you a quoted cost service on your equipment by a BDS Service Support Representative.

  1. Explain the problem to our technician. If we can, we’ll help you repair the equipment over the phone at no charge.
  2. If we can’t repair the equipment over the phone, we will arrange for a Service Support Representative to arrive at your location (within business hours 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. local time) to repair the equipment.
  3. You’ll need to supply the location name, address, phone number, name of contact, model and serial number, equipment location and description of equipment problem.
  4. Within 48 hours, a BDS service support representative will be on site to repair the equipment.
  5. You receive one invoice from BDS at the pre-established rate.*

All repairs must be made on site. Minor descaling can be performed on site. If repair or descaling requires removal from location, additional charges will apply. Services outside of those mentioned will be invoiced at time and material rates.

Selection of Service Support Representative is at the sole discretion of BDS and is based on experience, skills and availability to meet customer demand at the time of the install.

Options at additional charge:

  • Weekly status reports of service occurrences can be provided to on–going customers. Information included on the reports is:
    • Name, address and phone of the location
    • Status of service

  • Off-hour emergency service can be provided after normal business hours if requested. The charge for after hours service is an additional 50 percent of the standard service cost.
  • Pre-loaded accounts: Customers can specify accounts that are authorized to call for service directly. Locations must be pre-loaded into our database before service can be performed. A set up fee will be charged based on the number of accounts and the type of equipment. An agreement authorizing payment to BDS for service performed on the customers’ behalf must accompany account listing.
  • Service Support Representatives can replace your water filter cartridge during the service visit if requested. (Cartridge cost not included)
