How It Works

Can you provide a regional or nationwide rate?
Yes. BDS determines rates based on the type of equipment being serviced or installed, and the geographic areas where the services are to be provided.

Is there a retainer type fee for your service?
No. There are no recurring monthly fees. You pay for each service call on an individual, as needed basis.

How many service companies are members of your service partner network?
There are currently over 1,000 service companies that make up our network. BDS is constantly searching for quality oriented service agencies to enhance its services to our customers.

What leverage does BDS have over the service companies they use?
It is in the best interest of each Agent to provide total satisfaction to BDS & their customers. BDS serves as a sales, marketing, & training arm for these Agents by bringing business opportunities to them that they might have never received without BDS.

Can BDS provide customized reports of work performed to its customers?
Yes, BDS provides the information the customer prefers. You tell us the information that is critical for your organization, and we will provide it to you as part of our service agreement.

Will we have an individual account manager for our company?
Yes. In an effort to create a peace-of-mind for your company, you will have one individual Sales Director serving as your account manager.

Who at BDS is available to make joint calls on national accounts?
Officers and members of our Sales & Marketing team.
